Who Are We ?

HAS-ER MONOPOMP started manufacturing machinery and spare parts to operate in the fruit juices, beverage and food industry sector in 1991 with its experience and knowledge from the past to the present. Haser Monopomp is a company of Has-er Machine.

HAS-ER MACHINE, which develops and expands the concepts of machine manufacturing and machinery with this sector, carries its own goals forward day by day. Our company has started to manufacture fluid transfer pumps and has accelerated its production in this direction and continued its investments in this direction.

Our company, which manufactured centrifugal pumps in the first years of its establishment, but could not see the expectations it wanted, started to manufacture “monopomp” (positive compression displacement pump) used in the sector, and every day it developed new models and innovations to deliver products at desired values and desired pressures.

Our History

2000

Our Establishment

Our company started production in 2000 with the production of fruit juice and beverage food industry machines and spare parts in OSTİM O.S.B by our founder Mr. Hasan YAKIŞIR, day by day it continued to work in line with the customer portfolio and demands.

2005

Production Preparations Started

Studies on grape squeezing, stem separation and belt conveyors have been carried out, the foundations of the production have been laid and the production preparations of the monopump pump have started.

2007

First Production

We enter the market with models that we have made our own design and product development. The first monopump pump produced was produced as “HMU50” with the product coding of that time and known as Monopump (positive displacement pump), liquid and semi-liquid with high viscosity values
has been delivered by running. It ensures the transfer of products without problems such as foaming, decomposition and disintegration that do not disturb the properties of the product used for transferring liquid products.

2007-2010

Quality Certificates Received

With the developing portfolio of new molds and models, the increase in demand and the stock
emphasis has been accepted as a principle, with trademark registration, utility model certificates.
Together, ISO 9001-2008 and CE certificates were obtained.

2011-2012

Warehouse and Showroom Opening

The need for a new warehouse and showroom to increase production capacity and expand the stock area
was born and started to serve our customers in our place in İVEDİK OSB.

2013

First Export Has Been Made

Our first export was sent to U.A.E Abu Dhabi and after customer satisfaction, Central Asia
and continued with South Africa.

2014-2015

Business Volume Grew

Our company continued to grow and increase its product group and produced a 20 BAR model with a production capacity of 70.000 Liter / Hour.
Our company focuses on fairs and promotional organizations in these years and makes customer visits.

2015-2017

Substitution of Imported Products

By focusing on wastewater treatment and sludge dewatering sectors, our company in the industrial market
its products gather customer satisfaction. Institutions and private organizations, working with imported products
Filled in the sector, spare parts and pump services were provided in a short time.

2018-2019

We Moved To Our New Production Facility

Our company moved to the address of K.Kazan Saraykent Sanayi Bölgesi in May 2018 and moved to the new production site with CNC controlled benches in a 1,200 m2 closed 350 m2 open area. It continues to develop and expand its product range and production capacity day by day.
